I have a program that I used on my old computer with Windows 7 that will not run on my new computer with Windows DLL file. I have searched online and have varying answers. One seemingly simple answer was to copy the file from my old computer and paste it to the new computer into the correct file. Interestingly enough, my old computer does not have this file either. I know the easiest thing to do would be to contact the company I got the program from and get a new download; however, the company has since closed, and there is no support whatsoever.
